How do we work?
All our pieces are made to order. We only purchase the tops (from established retailers), buttons and beads once an order has been placed to avoid waste. As our tops are hand beaded, no two are exactly the same. Our recommended time frame for your item to be made is 14 working days. The next update that you will receive will be a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Looking after your top
As our buttonz and beadz are very delicate, we recommend hand washing only so your top lives a long and happy life.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 14 days of purchase.
Items are sent with Evri and typically take 2-3 working days.
If you miss the delivery of your parcel and it is returned back to us, you will need to re-purchase shipping so we can send it back out to you.
We currently only ship to the UK but are working on being able to do so elsewhere.
Faulty product
If you receive your top faulty, please email us at buttonzandbeadz@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. If it is outside of this time frame, we are unable to offer a replacement.
Returns
As all our pieces are made to order we do not offer refunds.
